Satyameva Jayate 2 review

Satya, who is a home minister wants to remove corruption. Therefore, he is trying to pass the anti-corruption bill. But nobody supported him. So, he tried to remove corruption alone. He started killing all the corrupted people.

Nobody knows who is the killer, so the police gave this responsibility to Satya’s brother Jay. Jay and Satya are twins.

Is Jay succeeded in his mission or he will join Satya in vanishing corruption from the country? This is the rest of the story.

Star cast

John Abraham as Satya, Jay and Dadasaheb Balram Azad (Satya and Jay’s father).

Divya Khosla Kumar as Vidhya Satya Azad (Satya’s wife).

Harsh Chayya as Minister Chandra Prakash.

Anup Soni as DCP Upadhya.

Zakir Hussain as Shankar Prasad.

Daya Shankar Pandey as Tripathi.

John Abraham played the triple roles and he did very hard work to play all the roles. It is clearly shown in the movie. He played every shade very perfectly.

Divya Khosla Kumar had a small role in the movie but she played her role with full grace.

The rest of the casts like Harsh Chayya, Anup Soni, Zakir Hussain, and Daya Shankar did justice to their respective roles.

Satyameva Jayate 2 review – Direction, songs

Satyamev Jayate is directed by Milap Zaveri and he created this movie with 80s cinema in mind.

The movie has all the “masalas” which we see in typical Bollywood 80s movies. From grand entry, amazing action sequences, and fascinating punchlines. But sometimes background music becomes too loud to handle.

Songs are ok and the item song “Kusu Kusu” is already in trend.
