Earlier the movie was named as “Yeh dil maange more” (Vikram’s favourite dialogue) but later director decided to change its name to “Shershaah”.

Shersaah is the story about Param Veer chakr holder and Army captain Vikram Batra. Vikram Batra known as Shershaah (lion King) because of his bravery.

This movie might be show about operation Vijay (Kargil war-3, May, 1999- 26, July, 1999)

Shooting of this movie is done in Ladakh, Kashmir, Palampur.

On 7, July, 1999 Batra died in fighting in Kargil war.

The movie is all set to release on 2 nd July 2021 (till date and if the date changes I’ll update with you all) on Netflix.
